End User License Agreement

Avrin Ross hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use any apps that he has developed. 

You may: 
– use the software(apps) on any compatible mobile device;
– use the software(skills) on any Alexa enabled compatible device;
– use the software on a second device so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person.

You may not: 
– modify, recompile, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction), 
– create derivative works based on the software; 
– copy the software (except as specified above); 
– rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to the software; 

The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the software and any related documentation.

Avrin Ross / 8-Bit Avrin Apps is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, device failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.

Acuerdo de licencia de usuario final

Por la presente, Avrin Ross le otorga una licencia no exclusiva para usar cualquier aplicación que él haya desarrollado.

Puedes:
– utilizar el software (aplicaciones) en cualquier dispositivo móvil compatible;
– usar el software (habilidades) en cualquier dispositivo compatible con Alexa;
– utilice el software en un segundo dispositivo siempre que el usuario principal de cada copia sea la misma persona.

Tú quizás no:
– modificar, recompilar, traducir, aplicar ingeniería inversa, desensamblar (excepto en la medida en que las leyes aplicables prohíban específicamente dicha restricción),
– crear trabajos derivados basados ​​en el software;
– Copie el software (excepto lo especificado anteriormente);
– alquilar, arrendar, transferir o transferir los derechos del software;

La licencia terminará automáticamente si no cumple con las limitaciones descritas anteriormente. Al finalizar, debe destruir todas las copias del software y cualquier documentación relacionada.
